Happy Turkey day Canadians! What did you do this long weekend? I had a fun filled one, having a sleepover at my mom's eating yummy treats she baked and lots of picture taking. On my way to her place I crossed paths with this bright yellow "Casse croûte", I was instantly attracted by the large fries on the front of the building and convinced mom to go out and brave the cold weather we have been having since yesterday afternoon.
I really liked mom's look, she always has the best style, she doesn't care what others think and has fun with the way she dresses. Sometimes I forget that when it comes on blogging and outfits I always worry if it looks weird or wrong instead of just being myself. I really like blog's that showcase who they really are and not just following trends and what they dictate. I think that finding colors and shapes that flatter your own body type make you feel good in your own skin and radiate in the photos. This is why I started to document what I was wearing day to day many years ago, this blog is just an evolution of that, my style trough the years.
This outfit is very me, comfy, colorful and makes me feel great in my own skin, I fell in love with the collar on this blouse, I really like the sheer part on it. I am pretty much obsessed with this cranberry color, I bought some skinny jeans in the same color, I love it with mint and grey.
Happy Canadian thanks giving ;)
