Today was such a pretty day, I have been biking to work everyday and enjoying every minute of it. So I had a bit of a wardrobe challenge this week, I keep reaching for comfy tops and fun shorts and fun mini dresses. I think Montreal is pretty amazing in Summer because we have bike paths pretty much everywhere you go. There is no need for a car in this city and I am very lucky to live in a city like this driving is so frustrating especially here.
So today I opted for a top I made for myself with my new sailor top design for sale in my shop right now in a mint colored Eiffel tour print. I got this fabric at the famous Mood fabric store in NYC a while back, I was waiting for the perfect idea to hit me and voila, what do you guys think? I may have enough fabric left over to make an other for some lucky girl. It is a very light weight semi sheer cotton it feels like I am wearing nothing. The shorts I got last Summer super on sale at UO, I really like the sailor feel I get from them, they are made for this top I think;)
I am really looking forward to a new heat wave coming this weekend, market trips and bike rides all weekend long yay!

You are so lucky to live in a city that you don't need to drive! You may remember from living in Phoenix- it's a total car city, which sucks because I hate driving. This outfit is SO darling and looks super cute on you. The top is really cute- you are so talented with the sewing machine :)
