City Frolic

I am glad to say I am back, I have been on a personal blog hiatus for a few weeks, sometimes you just need to spend quality time with your self and figure out what direction you want to go in. I have been busy with my etsy shop and new styling projects. Stéphane helped me take these pictures on Monday, we walked downtown and took these pictures at Place des arts. I really dig this flower crown I made for the photo shoot this weekend, I think I may make myself a few more in different colors. 

I am looking forward to the Summer, I love biking to work and eating outside with friends, Montreal is at it's best in Summer, Winter really sucks, yay for Summer!

Soft Focus

Over the weekend I styled and did hair and makeup for a photo shoot with my talented photographer friend  Mary Elam, I am so happy with the end result, the beautiful Rhiannon Kmt modeled like a goddess. The location was so beautiful at Centre de la nature in Laval.  We shot some night photos too I can't wait to share those with you later this week, they are pretty magical too. I hope you like this new direction I am going in, I really love styling and seeing the clothes all together and being creative.  Enjoy!

Rosapina Vintage Collection

I am so excited to showcase these lovely photos from the always pretty and stylish Ale of Rosapina Vintage. Ale is also a blogger from Turin Italy her photos are always pretty and dreamy, it makes me want to buy a plane ticket to Italy and stay there forever and forget the big bad city of Montreal ;)

All the fabrics are from her grand mothers archives which is pretty sweet, I love this type of collaboration, I really like the prints of these vintage cottons.

Early Summering

Summer is in the air here in Montreal and I could not be more pleased. This week I got to ditch the tights and frolic in dresses with socks and shoes, I haven't tried wearing sandals yet but I think I may try it today. My mister took these pictures at sunset the other day, we took a cat walk to see how many cats we could spot. The only one that crossed our paths was this cute orange kitty snoozing on a porch.
